It's on...

Been working 16 hour days again... it sucks

worked half day today and just got home...

I won't be able to post much for a little while at least.

After teh first week or two it will get a little better.

If I get a chance I'll post an update on how the turds are doing.

So far they look pretty good for the most part.

Haven't lost anybody yet... a few think they want to quit, but most of them will change their mind once they get the hang of it.
